Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (quizzes, flashcards, math solutions) on QuizzZX for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on QuizzZX
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When you create an account with QuizzZX, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

QuizzZX uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. By using our service:

• You understand that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You should verify important information before using it
• You retain ownership of your original study materials
• Generated content is provided for educational purposes only
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

QuizzZX offers subscription plans with different features:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices are subject to change with proper notice
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers

You may not use QuizzZX for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service for academic dishonesty

The materials on QuizzZX are provided on an 'as is' basis. QuizzZX makes no warranties, expressed or implied,
and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall QuizzZX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data
or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on QuizzZX,
even if QuizzZX or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
